Digital pressure gauge
Pioneer supplies battery-powered digital pressure gauges with a backlit LCD, 0.5% FS accuracy, selectable units and a 316L isolation diaphragm, covering vacuum (−100 kPa) up to 100 MPa. Use one where a clear numeric reading, peak hold or unit switching matters more than a dial.

How it works and when to use it
A digital gauge removes parallax and guesswork: the number on the screen is the reading. It is the better tool for commissioning, balancing and recording readings in a report, and for anyone who needs to switch between bar, psi, kPa and kg/cm² without a conversion chart.
For permanent plant installation where no batteries are wanted, a stainless steel Bourdon gauge is still the simpler choice.

- 63 mm compact digital gauge. ABS case with rubber boot, 4-digit display, ±1% (±0.5% optional), 1/4" NPT.

Questions buyers ask
Digital or dial pressure gauge?
Dial gauges need no power and suit permanent installation. Digital gauges are easier to read exactly, switch units and hold peaks, which suits commissioning, testing and logging.
How long do the batteries last?
The compact 63 mm model runs about two years on 2 × AAA cells in auto shut-off mode.
Can a digital gauge read vacuum?
Yes. Ranges start at −100 kPa, and compound ranges are available.
Can a digital pressure gauge show bar, psi and kg/cm²?
Yes. Units are selectable, including psi, bar, mbar, kPa, MPa, kgf/cm² and mmHg.
Is a digital pressure gauge more accurate than a dial gauge?
Pioneer's digital gauge is 0.5% FS against ±1% FSD for a standard dial gauge, and it removes parallax error. For calibration work the ±0.25% FSD test gauge is the reference.
